A Sterling Silver necklace that carries cultural stories inspired by the traditional jewellery of the Egyptian Gypsy dancers. The Wadih El Safi Necklace features a dramatic composition of 3 layers linked together through a mix of chains, complemented by floral motifs. The piece is inscribed with “على رمش عيونها قابلت هواه - طار عقلي مني وقلبي هوى” - “Her eyes captured my heart, my mind left my body and I fell in love, I lost my mind”. Words by Egyptian poet Hussein El Sayed, sung by Wadih El Safi, also known as “The voice of Lebanon '', and composed by the Egyptian musician Baligh Hamdi.
